At Wag & Walk USA, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window on most items.

 

 

Returns

 

We accept returns on unused, non-damaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

 

 

How to Request a Return:

 

  1. Contact us at hello@wagandwalkusa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice!

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Some items may be marked as non-returnable, such as:

 

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
